Juan Alvarado founded Bonami Bakery in 1995 with the mission of baking fresh, ever-changing seasonal products with the highest quality ingredients available.

By 1997, the bakery achieved prestige and excellent quality recognition for the restaurant and banquet service.

Bonami continues to create new dessert and signature products for a wide variety of customers and the ability to do so has contributed greatly to Bonami's success over the years.

Although expansion is always desirable, Juan favors a controlled growth that does not affect Bonami's outstanding quality and service.

Juan spends the majority of his day in the kitchen working with his bakers, to ensure the quality and freshness of Bonami's products.
